The menu presents a lighter, more relaxed interpretation of the cuisine of Chef Sebastian Park, former owner-chef of SOLT and SEVVA. Drawing on his culinary experience and European influences, CA-VA? transforms his signature approach into approachable brunch dishes—simple enough to enjoy any day, yet carefully composed in flavor and detail.
At the heart of Chef Park's philosophy is a deep respect for seasonal ingredients. Rather than keeping the same menu throughout the year, CA-VA? evolves with the seasons. Every two to three months, the brunch menu is refreshed to highlight ingredients at their best, bringing new flavors, colors, and inspirations to the table.

From Casual Brunches to Private Celebrations
Designed to offer a different experience on every floor, CA-VA? is a versatile space for everything from relaxed daytime gatherings to intimate dinners and private celebrations.
On the first floor, the main dining hall accommodates up to 30 guests in a bright and casual setting. Just beyond it, the garden offers a more intimate escape for up to 12 guests. Surrounded by greenery, it is an especially romantic setting for small celebrations, private brunches, and intimate gatherings.
The second floor offers a more refined dining atmosphere. Its main hall can accommodate up to 32 guests in a signature one-table layout, inspired by the convivial spirit of European dining—bringing everyone together around one long table for a shared dining experience. Two separate private rooms provide additional privacy for smaller groups and special occasions.
The second floor also opens onto a sun-filled terrace, creating a charming setting for private terrace parties, receptions, and relaxed gatherings under the open sky.
For private events, CA-VA? can be reserved in a variety of configurations. Guests may exclusively reserve the entire first and second floors, or book either floor separately depending on the size and style of the occasion.
